Specific Recruitment Positions

Core Responsibilities: Focus on the development of China-LAC bilateral relations, track the dynamics of high-level exchanges and policy alignment between China and LAC regions, and conduct in-depth research on key, hot and difficult issues in China-LAC cooperation in political, economic, cultural and other fields; Compile research reports, special bulletins and decision-making consultation suggestions related to China-LAC relations to provide professional think tank support for government departments; Participate in academic forums and seminars related to China-LAC cooperation and carry out academic exchange and discussion activities; Assist in promoting the implementation of projects related to China-LAC policy dialogue and cultural mutual learning.

Requirements:

1. Master's degree or above in Political Science, International Relations, Regional and Country-Specific Studies or related majors; overseas study experience and research experience related to China-LAC are preferred.
2. Proficiency in Chinese and Spanish/Portuguese/English, with excellent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to proficiently consult foreign literature and compile bilingual research results.
3. Solid theoretical foundation and systematic research methods, with the ability to independently carry out special research and compile high-quality reports.
4. Familiar with the Belt and Road Initiative, the spirit of the China-CELAC Forum and the overall plan of China-LAC cooperation, with strong political literacy and overall awareness.
5. Good team cooperation ability, communication and expression ability and pressure resistance, and love the cause of China-LAC cooperation research.

Core Responsibilities: Focus on tracking the political situation, economic development, social dynamics and policy orientation in North America, South America and the Caribbean regions, and establish a monitoring mechanism for regional development dynamics; Analyze the impact of changes in the American regional pattern and geopolitical risks on China-LAC cooperation, and identify cooperation opportunities and potential risks; Compile regional research reports and hot issue analysis bulletins to provide basic support for the Institute's research work; Assist in connecting with scientific research institutions and think tanks in the Americas and carry out exchange and cooperation related to regional research.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Regional and Country-Specific Studies, International Politics, Economics or related majors; experience in American regional research and international issue analysis is preferred.
2. Proficiency in Chinese and English; proficiency in Spanish/Portuguese is preferred, with strong ability in foreign literature retrieval, translation and analysis.
3. Sharp international vision, able to quickly capture regional development hotspots, with solid data analysis and logical research ability.
4. Serious and rigorous work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, good writing ability and team cooperation ability.
5. Understanding of relevant fields of China-LAC cooperation; work experience in think tanks or scientific research institutions is preferred.

Core Responsibilities: Track changes in the global geopolitical pattern, focus on analyzing the impact of geopolitical risks, international policy adjustments and trade frictions in the Americas on China-LAC bilateral relations and cooperation processes; Construct a geopolitical risk assessment system, carry out risk early warning and research, and put forward response suggestions; Compile analysis reports and special comments related to geopolitical risks to provide risk reference for government departments and enterprises; Participate in research projects related to China-LAC cooperation risk prevention and control to help avoid cooperation risks.

Requirements:

1. Master's degree or above in International Politics, International Relations, Geopolitics or related majors; experience in geopolitical risk analysis and international security research is preferred.
2. Proficiency in Chinese and English, with excellent foreign literature retrieval and analysis ability, able to proficiently compile bilingual analysis reports.
3. Solid theoretical foundation in geopolitics, with strong logical research, risk analysis and summary ability.
4. Familiar with relevant fields of China-LAC cooperation, able to accurately judge the impact path of various risks on China-LAC cooperation.
5. Good pressure resistance, communication and expression ability, rigorous and meticulous work attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
